Incredible views from every room and a 50' wrap around terrace. The 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo spreads over 1360 sq. ft. and is fully renovated with wood floors throughout. This unit is great as a corporate or long term rental!
Enjoy luxurious lounge chairs and umbrellas around the pool and on the beach. This full-service building includes a poolside Tiki Bar, 24 hour doorman, security, valet, assigned parking, pool and beach attendants and a fitness center.
The large open plan living and dining area give views onto Biscayne Bay and the ocean. The kitchen is extremely well equipped with everything you could need.
Both bedrooms also have an ocean view. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two queen sized beds.
Free Wi-Fi and cable is provided.  There is an assigned garage parking space provided, as well as pool and gym entry. Linens and towels are also provided, including beach towels. Guests will have access to all amenities in the building including the pool, the gym and a parking spot.

NEIGHBORHOOD:  MIAMI BEACH

In our opinion, this location is perfect. It isn't too close and not too far away from the action. It's away from the noise and crowds but 10 minutes away from shops, restaurants, and nightlife. It is also very close to downtown Miami. For those seeking a corporate rental, this location is excellent. There are trolleys and trams that take you up and down the beach.
The building is a 20 minute drive from the Airport. Driving north, the Shops at Bal Harbour are about 10 minutes away, and driving south Lincoln Road, and the Lincoln Road Mall is also about 10 minutes away. This area is the heart of South Beach. Many well known resorts such as The Fontainbleau and The Eden Rock are within walking distance. A leisurely stroll down the beach also takes you to a number of restaurants and cocktail bars.

We offer a full refund for any cancellation made 7 days  prior to the reservation. We offer a 50% refund until 48 hours before guest's arrival day.
Security Deposit
Each of our properties requires a security deposit to be paid, which will be refunded upon guest departure.
Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Bank Transfer as long as it may be processed at least 7 days in advance.
Cleaning
After each guest departure, we ensure a thorough cleaning is done of the entire property including the washing of all linens and towels.
