EVENT RENTAL INFORMATION & GUIDELINES
The venue can be reserved for a flat event fee in addition to the vacation rental, with a minimum 3-day booking required for the rental.
The venue accommodates 40-50 people and sleeps 16 guests, featuring a large yard suitable for event tents, bounce houses, and more.
Event pricing is determined by the number of guests and the event's size.
An initial non-refundable deposit is required upon contract signature for all events. Guests must adhere to the Palm Beach Gardens noise ordinance of 11 pm, with music turned off at this time. Clean-up requires guests to remove all trash not fitting in provided bins and leave the property as found, with optional trash bin rental information available.
Valet parking is mandatory for events with over 10 cars. Vendors must have a certificate of insurance.
The rental of the property for an event is priced separately from the vacation home rental.
