EVENTS
EVENT RENTAL GUIDELINES:
Book the venue for a flat event fee along with the vacation rental. A 3 day minimum booking for vacation rental is required for each event. Event pricing is dependent upon number of guests in attendance, and general size of event. Direct all inquiries to [email protected]
The rental of the property for an event is priced separately from the vacation home rental. During the event, guests could potentially have access to one cabana bathroom along with all outdoor spaces including the patio, pool, tennis court.
VENUE REQUIREMENTS
- An initial non- refundable deposit is required to be paid at the time of contract signature for all events.
- Guests must abide by the noise ordinance in West Palm Beach of 11pm. We require music to be turned off at this time out of respect for our neighbors.
- Guests must remove all trash that is not able to be put in the provided bins and leave property as they found it. We are happy to provide information about trash bin rental.
- We require mandatory valet parking for any event with more than 35 cars.
- We have a full list of vendors to choose from. Guests are welcome to use their own preferred vendors. However, all vendors must first be listed and approved by us before the event.
- For events and weddings with more than 100 guests, we recommend a bathroom attendant to be present for the duration of the event/ wedding.
- For weddings with more than 100 guests in attendance, a day of coordinator is required.
