We offer a full refund for any cancellation made 30 days prior to the reservation. We offer a 50% refund until 48 hours before guest's arrival day. Security Deposit Each of our properties requires a security deposit to be paid, which will be refunded upon guest departure. Payment We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and check as long as it may be processed at least 7 days in advance. Cleaning After each guest departure, we ensure a thorough cleaning is done of the entire property including the washing of all linens and towels.
