The large kitchen features brand new top of the line appliances with everything a top chef needs to be comfortable in the kitchen including an extra large refrigerator, gas stove, dishwasher, pots and pans, kitchen knives and various cooking accessories. There's a relaxing hot tub waiting for you and the private heated pool and deck are both brand new! Fenced in yard and alarm system on back doors for child safety. :) In the living room is a 60" HDTV and a 50" HDTV in the master suite. The living room is equipped with high quality Bluetooth speakers to enjoy your favorite music while relaxing and enjoying the comforts of this warm and wonderful home atmosphere. There is high speed internet (wifi) and a brand new washer/ dryer set. The house has gorgeous wood floors throughout. The bedrooms all feature Tempur-Pedicure style mattresses and white hotel style luxury 1800 thread count sheets. The bedrooms are as follows to plan sleeping arrangements: 1 king bed in the master bedroom, which has an en suite bathroom, 2 full size beds in the "Blue" room, and 1 queen bed in the "Purple" room. Additionally, there is a very comfortable queen size sleeper sofa available for larger groups. Parking: There is a double car driveway available and there is also plenty of street parking as well. |

We offer a full refund for any cancellation made 30 days prior to the reservation. We offer a 50% refund until 48 hours before guest's arrival day.
