On January 1st of every year we wake up and make some very serious decisions on how we wish to live the next 12 months. It's usually the time that most of us make resolutions to lose the weight, make more time for family, be more successful in our careers and have a better year than last year (depending on when you are reading this, I was specifically referring to 2020). Most people go through the year wishing for those things but once get back to the grind, a lot of those resolutions fall on the back burner until the next January. So what can we do differently this year than previous years? How can we commit to doing things differently? We may just have that solution...
