If you don't mind waiting for a table (trust me, it's worth it), stop by Puerto Sagua on the neon lighted streets of South Beach. This authentic Cuban restaurant has been adorning South Beach since 1962. FIFTY FOUR YEARS is enough to prove this place is unbeatable! It's nearly impossible, if not entirely impossible, to go wrong with any dish you choose. If you aren't sure, you can never go wrong with an authentic Cuban Sandwich or the flavorful Ropa Vieja. If you leave without ordering and devouring the homemade flan, you will probably regret it for the rest of your life. THE BEST FLAN, EVER, PERIOD. Did I mention they're open from 7am until 2am?
